Covered components
The five-year limited warranty begins from the invoice or dispatch date stated in the commercial documents. It applies to manufacturing defects confirmed by Punit Instrument Pvt. Ltd. in the load cell, weighing structure and weighing indicator.

Warranty remedy
After technical inspection, Punit Instrument Pvt. Ltd. may repair or replace an affected covered component at its discretion. Replacement parts may be new or functionally equivalent. Repair or replacement does not restart the original warranty period unless confirmed in writing.
What is not covered
- Overloading, shock loading, impact or accidental damage
- Incorrect installation, handling, relocation or unauthorised modification
- Voltage fluctuation, short circuit, unsuitable supply or improper earthing
- Water, chemical, corrosion, fire, dust or environmental damage
- Printer heads, rollers, labels, ribbons and consumables
- Battery, touchscreen and printer unless expressly included in the quotation
- Normal wear, calibration drift, connectivity or third-party equipment failure
- Freight, travel, on-site attendance, stamping or government charges unless included
How to request warranty service
Contact Punit with the invoice, product serial information, photographs or video of the issue and a description of the operating conditions. Remote diagnosis may be required before any return, repair or visit is authorised.
Commercial document controls
The signed quotation, purchase order and invoice define the final warranty scope for the supplied configuration. Where those documents contain product-specific terms, they take precedence over this general website summary.
