COUNTRY FAQ
Questions for a Switzerland project.
Direct answers separate the product’s capability from destination-specific approval and commercial scope.
01Can Punit supply a weighing scale with printer to Switzerland?+
Punit accepts international project enquiries for Switzerland. Export feasibility, freight, local approval, installation and service are confirmed before quotation; the page is not a claim that every standard Indian configuration is already approved locally.
02What does a Punit configuration for Switzerland include?+
The project can combine a suitable platform, 10.1-inch touchscreen, live scale connection, thermal-transfer label printer, Punit ERP, product masters, inventory, dispatch scanning and reports. Final scope follows the material and workflow.
03What power supply is required in Switzerland?+
230 V / 50 Hz is standard; confirm Swiss plug and the exact conformity route.
04Is the system legal for trade in Switzerland?+
METAS and Swiss legal-metrology rules may apply when the instrument is used for trade. Pharmaceutical or quality-system validation is a separate customer responsibility and should never be inferred solely from a scale specification.
05Can labels be adapted for Switzerland?+
Yes. The approved template can include local terminology, product details, gross/tare/net weight, barcode or QR, batch, date, customer and company information. Translation and regulated label content must be confirmed by the buyer.
06Can Punit integrate with our ERP in Switzerland?+
Yes, as an engineered project. The customer must identify the ERP, master-data owner, API or file interface, network rules, acknowledgement and duplicate-prevention logic. SAP or ERP integration is never assumed from a cable connection.
07How do we obtain a landed quotation for Switzerland?+
Send the material, maximum load, required readability, platform size, sample label, destination city, daily volume, power, software workflow and local service preference. Punit can then separate equipment, software, freight, duties and local work.
